General Business Terms of Nobleclean die Gebäudereiniger e.U. for Commercial and Private Cleaning Contracts in Vienna.

1. Scope & Execution

All cleaning contracts, commercial office agreements, and one-off deep cleans are executed strictly according to the Austrian standard ÖNORM D 2050 using trained, directly employed staff.

2. Warranty & Deposit Guarantee

Any notice of defect must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. For move-out deep clean packages, we provide a free re-cleaning guarantee if issues arise during landlord handover inspections.
